Serve as senior software and AI technical expert for high-throughput cell therapy screening platforms
Design and implement scalable architecture connecting laboratory automation, instruments, and enterprise systems
Develop production applications, APIs, data pipelines, and AI-enabled solutions for discovery workflows
Establish engineering best practices for architecture, testing, documentation, deployment, and security
Build cross-functional partnerships, mentor teams, and influence technical direction across Discovery and IT groups
