Role summary
Lead statistical strategy and oversight for Phase I–III oncology clinical trials at this global clinical research organization. The Principal Biostatistician will direct analyses, review regulatory documentation, mentor team members, and engage with clients across multiple sites in India. Requires a Master's or PhD in biostatistics with 10+ years of experience, strong SAS/R programming skills, and familiarity with regulatory processes.

- Mentor junior statisticians and lead process improvement initiatives
