Hands-on knowledge of metadata-driven ETL, CI/CD, Git, and deployment automation

Develop and execute data and analytics strategy aligned with business objectives and growth initiatives
Design and optimize scalable data architectures, analytics platforms, and enterprise reporting solutions
Oversee selection, deployment, and governance of analytics technologies and frameworks
Lead and mentor teams of technical leads and engineers on data and analytics initiatives
Ensure data quality, security, privacy, and compliance across all analytics systems and processes
