Role summary
Danaher seeks a Principal AI Full Stack Engineer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale AI solutions across the organization. This strategic technical role involves architecting cloud-native applications, establishing reusable development frameworks, and driving software engineering excellence within the Enterprise AI Solutions group.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related technical discipline
- 15+ years of software engineering experience designing large-scale enterprise applications on cloud-native platforms
- Proven expertise in cloud-native design, distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures
- Technical proficiency in .NET Core/C#, Python, React/Angular, Azure/AWS, Kubernetes, and SQL databases
- Experience with AI technologies including OpenAI, vector databases, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple operating companies and global teams
What you'll be doing
- Design and build highly scalable full-stack AI solutions using modern frameworks and cloud-native architectures
- Define software architecture patterns and establish reusable development frameworks across the organization
- Integrate AI solutions with instruments to enable physical AI scaling and deployment
- Champion secure-by-design principles and DevSecOps practices throughout development lifecycles
- Lead technical design reviews and architectural governance across multiple AI initiatives and product teams
