Role summary
Benchling seeks a Pricing & Packaging Operations Manager (contractor) to lead the execution and rollout of a SaaS pricing redesign. What you'll be doing
- Project manage pricing rollout execution across IT, Sales, Finance, CX, Legal, and Deal Desk
- Build internal enablement materials including training decks, FAQs, and rollout documentation
- Manage external pricing collateral development including pricing pages and sales guides
- Partner with Deal Desk and Systems on CPQ configuration, SKU bundling, and contract updates
- Conduct competitive pricing research and synthesize findings into actionable intelligence
