What you'll be doing

Manage overall portfolio deliverables, client relationships, and satisfaction for strategic accounts
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and internal departments to ensure project requirements are understood and followed
Lead governance meetings, prepare agendas, and drive action items with stakeholders
Oversee revenue recognition, contract management, and portfolio expansion opportunities
Mentor Program Managers and drive consistency with program management processes across teams
