Experience with AI-enabled or automation tools for reporting and workflow improvement
Global stakeholder collaboration with flexibility for meetings outside standard hours
Certification in project management, Agile, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma (preferred)
Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Power BI, Jira, or similar platforms (preferred)

What you'll be doing

Support planning, tracking, and closure of concurrent SaaS implementation projects with accurate documentation
Coordinate project governance routines including status reporting, milestone tracking, and delivery process adherence
Maintain portfolio reporting on delivery status, budget consumption, resources, risks, and health metrics
Support forecasting and financial tracking by validating inputs and identifying timeline, resource, or revenue risks
Define and analyze project health metrics, identify trends, and escalate concerns to project leadership
