What you'll be doing

Define and evolve technical architecture for the Butterfly CXM platform
Establish engineering strategy for shared service integration and gateway services at enterprise scale
Build foundational frameworks, SDKs, APIs, and developer platforms supporting CXM adoption
Lead development of reusable agent frameworks and AI service integration strategies
Partner with AI Core teams to implement governed agent execution, observability, and security controls
