Role summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a senior analyst to lead the integration of MedTech planning systems into the S/4 HANA ecosystem across North America and Latin America. The role requires designing and deploying solutions across multiple advanced planning systems while managing complex interdependencies with strategic transformation initiatives.

Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Operations; MBA preferred
Minimum 5 years progressive leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or transformation programs
Minimum 3-4 years experience in planning functions with strong knowledge of OMP, APO, Blue Yonder, or Demantra
Deep end-to-end supply chain process knowledge and MedTech domain expertise
Project management certification (PMP, FPX PL) or supply chain certification (APICS, Lean Six Sigma) preferred
Proven ability to operate in complex multi-system environments and coordinate cross-functional teams
Strong stakeholder management and strategic communication skills with senior leaders and external partners

What you'll be doing

Lead multiple integration waves between Transcend S/4 OTC and Planning Systems through design, build, testing, and go-live
Collaborate with Business SMEs, Product Owners, and stakeholders to drive operations and maintain effective delivery cadences
Manage vendor and integrator relationships while ensuring alignment with Business Units and central functions
Create and deliver training materials to the planning community to support business adoption and operational readiness
Coordinate project managers and resources to deploy the program while managing team performance and schedules
