What you'll be doing
- Supervise and lead team of 34+ phlebotomists across multiple locations
- Manage scheduling, payroll, patient flow, inventory and productivity reporting
- Hire, train and conduct performance appraisals for phlebotomists
- Resolve patient and client issues while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Perform phlebotomy duties and assist with setup of new patient service centers as needed
Compensation$70,304 - $94,474 annually, plus quarterly incentive bonus program
