Role summary
Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomy Site Coordinator for a Patient Service Center in Gilbert, Arizona. The role combines specimen collection, patient service, and operational oversight, working Monday–Friday 7 am–4 pm with rotating Saturdays.

What you'll be doing
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
- Monitor patient flow, wait times, inventory levels and data logs
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol testing
- Process patient information and billing data accurately and timely
- Report performance, compliance and staffing issues to supervisors
