Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other contact methods
- Assess customer issues and deliver first-level support for problem resolution
- Document relevant information and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments
- Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements to management as needed
- Work 40 hours weekly across available shift windows
Compensation$18.00 per hour
