Role summary
IQVIA seeks a Pharmacovigilance Scientist 2 to lead safety signal detection, literature surveillance, and aggregate report authoring for marketed and investigational pharmaceutical products across multiple European and African locations.

What you'll be doing
- Lead signal detection and literature safety surveillance for marketed and investigational products
- Author and finalize aggregate reports including PBRERs, PSURs, DSURs, and ACOs
- Conduct signal validation, evaluation, and risk characterization analyses
- Oversee molecule deliverables and coordinate work distribution across team members
- Respond to regulatory agency and PRAC inquiries as required
