Role summary
Senior Manager leading external supply operations for Pfizer's contract manufacturers in Japan, managing complex portfolios with full P&L responsibility. What you'll be doing
- Manage contract manufacturer relationships and performance across Japan-based portfolio with full P&L accountability
- Lead Virtual Site Operations Teams and provide matrix leadership across quality, supply chain, procurement, and project teams
- Develop and execute manufacturing and supply plans to meet market demand and performance targets
- Oversee new product introductions, product changes, and transfer programs with implementation team leadership
- Drive cost reduction initiatives, identify sourcing opportunities, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
