Role summary

Regional manager responsible for developing and executing medical affairs strategy across Zhejiang and Fujian provinces. Lead team performance, ensure compliance, build client relationships, and drive market opportunities within the assigned territory.

Build team compliance awareness and oversight of activity authenticity and regulatory adherence
Design professional development programs for team members covering product knowledge and medical communication skills
Maintain strategic client relationships and anticipate academic needs within the region
