What you'll be doing

- Coordinate prescription coverage and renewals with pharmacies, insurers, and healthcare partners
- Collaborate with Field Case Managers and care networks to ensure seamless patient onboarding
- Manage adverse event reporting and perform additional program support duties as assigned
