Role summary
Benchling seeks an HR Systems functional expert to manage the company's People technology stack, optimize HR processes, and deliver analytics insights. What you'll be doing
- Serve as primary point of contact for Workday HCM configuration and process refinement
- Partner with HR and departmental leaders to enhance performance management and succession planning in Workday
- Own Time and Absence processes and configuration in collaboration with Payroll and Finance
- Create reporting and analytics to support HR decision-making and process improvements
- Manage broader People technology stack including Culture Amp, Knoetic, and Pave; support compliance and audit requirements
