Role summary
Order Management Specialist manages the complete lifecycle of PCS orders from entry through cash collection, ensuring contract compliance and order quality. - Coordinate change order management with shared services and track all contract modifications
- Confirm customer delivery dates and maintain backlog management per standard work instructions
- Drive continuous process improvements through participation in Lean and Six Sigma initiatives
