What you'll be doing

Arrange offsite phlebotomy services for patients and assist with kit order placement via phone and email
Process offsite phlebotomy and kit orders while resolving cases with high urgency and accuracy
Build and maintain relationships with phlebotomy vendors, sales representatives, and internal stakeholders
Document communications and activities; enter data into Salesforce and laboratory information management systems
Monitor personal performance metrics related to case closure and turnaround times

Compensation$20-$28 annualized base salary
