Role summary
Pfizer Mexico seeks a Patient Experience Coordinator to oversee the implementation and optimization of patient support and diagnostic programs. - Advanced Excel proficiency and Power BI experience preferred
- Advanced English and professional Spanish language proficiency
- Strong project management and data analysis capabilities

What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain patient support program and diagnostic program portfolios with prioritization roadmaps
- Lead end-to-end program lifecycle from needs assessment through implementation, optimization, and closure
- Coordinate implementation and day-to-day operations of patient support and diagnostic initiatives across therapeutic areas
- Define and monitor program KPIs including enrollment, patient satisfaction, adherence, and budget performance
- Manage vendor relationships including selection, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
