What you'll be doing

Develop and execute personalized outreach campaigns to healthcare practitioners via phone, email, SMS, and mobile app
Maintain accurate participant records and update profiles, account statuses, and information within CRM systems
Monitor participant activity, identify disengaged accounts, and develop targeted engagement plans
Execute recovery initiatives targeting inactive or unresponsive participants to improve participation rates
Support incentive and payment processing activities including documentation preparation and payment status tracking
