Role summary

- 7+ years pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience with demonstrated field success
- 3+ years account management experience with established institutional relationships
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with frequent transitions
- Experience in both community-based and institutional account engagement preferred
- Willingness to relocate temporarily for 10-12 week deployments with weekly home returns
- Proficiency with Veeva and other approved documentation systems
What you'll be doing
- Provide flexible coverage across Pain Business Unit territories in response to vacancies and priority needs
- Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, accounts, and health systems during deployments
- Rapidly assess new territories and accounts to identify priorities, risks, and execution opportunities
- Execute territory and account plans while maintaining business continuity during transitions
- Support onboarding and ramp-up of newly hired representatives through coaching and knowledge transfer
