- Willingness to relocate temporarily during assigned deployments with weekly returns home

- Establish and maintain customer relationships with healthcare professionals, health systems, and institutional stakeholders
- Rapidly assess new territories to identify priorities, risks, and execution opportunities
- Execute territory and account plans while maintaining business performance and continuity
- Support new-hire onboarding and ramp-up through field coaching and knowledge transfer
