- Comfort with in-territory travel, temporary relocations (10-12 weeks), and flexible deployment
- Experience in both community-based and institutional account engagement

- Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, priority accounts, and health systems
- Rapidly assess new territories and execute account plans while maintaining business continuity
- Assume PTAM or TBM responsibilities when deployed to specific territory assignments
- Support new-hire onboarding through field coaching and territory knowledge transfer
