Role summary

- Experience in both community-based and institutional account engagement preferred
- Readiness to assume PTAM or TBM responsibilities across diverse customer environments
What you'll be doing
- Provide immediate flexible coverage across assigned regions for territory vacancies and leaves of absence
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, priority accounts, and health systems
- Rapidly assess new territories and accounts to identify business priorities, risks, and execution opportunities
- Execute territory and account plans while maintaining alignment to commercial objectives and business continuity
- Support onboarding and ramp-up of newly hired representatives through field coaching and knowledge transfer
