What you'll be doing

Enter, process, and manage sales orders accurately in Salesforce/ERP systems
Manage full order lifecycle including confirmations, changes, returns, and cancellations
Serve as primary customer contact for order status, delivery, pricing, and product inquiries
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams for order fulfillment
Monitor order progress to ensure on-time delivery and SLA compliance
