What you'll be doing

Manage end-to-end order processing for wholesale and retail accounts using SAP and OTC procedures
Resolve customer inquiries regarding shipping, pricing, returns, and credit processing accurately
Monitor Salesforce cases and ensure resolution within agreed SLA and KPI metrics
Analyse order and return data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, finance, and quality teams on process optimization
