Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Lead and support projects requiring independent judgment on process methodology and strategy development
- Develop and maintain centralized documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base resources
- Conduct complex system and process analysis, particularly focused on pre-shipment workflows and order queues
- Partner with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance automation and process efficiency
- Create training materials and present process improvements to the Order Management team
