What you'll be doing
- Support planning and execution of process improvement activities to reduce waste and enhance flow, quality, and safety
- Collect, analyze, and visualize operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and quantify financial impact
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop countermeasures with implementation tracking and sustainment oversight
- Create and maintain standard work, value stream maps, process documentation, and performance dashboards
- Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and prepare status updates and presentations for leadership alignment
