Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Approve production rooms and verify first piece inspections for finished goods accuracy
- Review batch records to confirm equipment validations, inspections, and non-conformances are documented
- Audit production areas including cleaning logs, maintenance records, and 5S compliance standards
- Identify gaps in batch records and participate in improvement teams such as FMEA and Kaizen
- Report quality events to operations management and support root cause analysis investigations
