What you'll be doing

Lead two-shift operations spanning inbound receiving, warehousing, packaging, and outbound distribution
Ensure on-time product delivery to U.S., international distribution centers and manufacturing support
Drive cross-functional alignment with Receiving, Manufacturing, Quality, and Distribution teams to eliminate bottlenecks
Lead and develop supervisors and frontline teams to build accountability and ownership culture
Execute continuous improvement initiatives aligned with JJPS and 6S methodologies
