Role summary
Amgen's Operations Graduate Program offers a 13-week summer 2027 internship for graduate students pursuing MBA, Master's, PharmD, or PhD degrees. - Available for full-time commitment and willing to accept future employment by July 2028 if offered
- Two years relevant experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, engineering, manufacturing, or related fields preferred
- Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication, project management, and business acumen

- Complete internship project within Operations function addressing organizational challenges
- Work across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, or operations transformation areas
- Participate in mentoring, coaching, and professional development activities
- Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders through presentations and networking
Compensation$35.34 - $41.83 per hour
