Role summary
ICON seeks an Operations Engineer III to lead the design, stability, and continuous improvement of enterprise endpoint and virtual desktop infrastructure. - Enterprise experience with Intune, MECM/SCCM, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Jamf Pro, and AWS
- Proven track record leading complex incident resolution and root cause analysis
- Strong proficiency with PowerShell and macOS scripting
- Deep knowledge of Windows and macOS platforms, endpoint security, and patching technologies
- Demonstrated ability to generate and present operational data and KPIs to diverse stakeholders
- Leadership experience mentoring junior engineers and managing critical services
What you'll be doing
- Lead engineering, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise EUC platforms including Intune and Citrix
- Act as technical lead during major incidents, driving diagnosis, resolution, and preventative remediation
- Define secure configuration baselines and compliance standards using modern endpoint management frameworks
- Develop operational dashboards, runbooks, and data-backed reports for technical and leadership teams
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams on integrated solutions
