What you'll be doing
- Coordinate production scheduling and inventory management to meet customer requirements and KPIs
- Support daily management record-keeping and quality metric reporting with Operations Supervisor
- Develop and execute training schedules, including new hire onboarding and cross-training plans
- Collaborate with new product introduction teams to manage build priorities and timelines
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean and cost reduction projects
Compensation€30,000 EUR annual
