Role summary
Amgen seeks an Operational Pricing Lead for the WEMEA region to drive pricing strategy, governance, and financial planning across West Europe, Middle East, and Africa. The role combines regional pricing expertise with support for reimbursement submissions, price analysis, and continuous process improvement within the Global Operational Pricing Team.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, audit, sales, or marketing
- Minimum 5 years experience in pricing, financial audit, finance analysis, forecasting, or consulting
- Advanced Excel, data analysis, and forecasting technical skills
- Fluent English communication, written and spoken
- Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
- Pharmaceutical pricing experience preferred
- Knowledge of HTA and health economics preferred
What you'll be doing
- Produce pricing analyses including IRP, price erosion, and launch sequence planning with actionable insights
- Maintain pricing tools, systems, and documentation; monitor net pricing performance
- Support price floor setting, contract review, and business case evaluation with affiliates
- Provide pricing assumptions for financial planning and support price submissions and compliance
- Contribute to new launch reimbursement strategies, LOE readiness, and process improvement initiatives
