- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Preferred: bachelor's or associate's degree; 1+ year customer service or OR environment experience
What you'll be doing
- Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposable products for procedure readiness
- Support operating room teams during procedures by anticipating needs and providing equipment adjustments
- Troubleshoot and resolve routine and complex equipment issues independently to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, equipment usage, and performance metrics for compliance
- Collaborate with surgeons, OR personnel, biomedical staff, and clinical partners to ensure service quality
Compensation$23.74 - $32.12 USD Hourly
