What you'll be doing

Perform nucleic acid extraction, DNA/RNA preparation, and cell culture maintenance for research and production
Investigate QC deviations, OOS/OOT results, and non-conformance events using root cause analysis tools
Develop, track, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to closure
Collect, document, and organize experimental data and observations for research teams
Collaborate with QC analysts, QA, manufacturing, and customers to resolve technical challenges
