Role summary
AbbVie seeks an Occupational Health Nurse for its Sligo facilities to deliver comprehensive occupational health services, medical surveillance, and employee wellness programs. The role reports to the HR Manager and ensures compliance with occupational health procedures and relevant legislation.

What you'll be doing
- Deliver occupational health services and manage medical surveillance programs across both facility sites
- Assess medical evaluation results and coordinate pre-employment medicals with occupational physicians
- Provide assessment and treatment of workplace injuries, monitor absenteeism, and coordinate employee return-to-work
- Develop and deliver employee wellness initiatives and coordinate first aid training coverage
- Maintain confidential employee medical records in compliance with retention schedules
