Knowledge of FMEA, DoE, DfX, or Value Engineering methodologies
Cross-functional project management and teamwork capability

What you'll be doing

Lead new product transfer from development to mass production, coordinating global operations stakeholders
Apply Design-for-Excellence principles to optimize cost, manufacturability, quality, and automation
Own critical mechanical, electrical, and complete product assemblies; define manufacturing concepts and test strategies
Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions for complex technical issues; establish qualification strategies
Champion innovation and process improvements for scalability across Agilent manufacturing facilities
