Baxter seeks an experienced Network Planner for its Saalfeld facility to manage end-to-end supply planning across finished goods, materials, and distribution. - 5+ years experience in supply chain, logistics, or production planning
- Strong experience with MPS, MRP, and/or DRP planning systems
- Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain and inventory management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to communicate complex supply issues clearly to diverse stakeholders
- APICS/CPIM/CSCP certification advantageous but equivalent practical experience acceptable
What you'll be doing
- Own end-to-end supply planning for finished goods, materials, and distribution
- Build and maintain production and supply plans balancing demand, inventory, and capacity
- Monitor supply, demand, and inventory risks to protect service levels
- Collaborate with manufacturing and planning teams to resolve constraints and maintain plans
- Partner with suppliers and third-party manufacturers on product availability
