Proficiency in immunoassay-based analyses such as ELISA or MSD
Experience planning experiments, analyzing data, troubleshooting challenges, and preparing technical documentation
Working knowledge of Good Documentation Practices, Good Laboratory Practices, and laboratory quality requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data-analysis tools
Indefinite U.S. work authorization without sponsorship needed

What you'll be doing

Design, develop, optimize, and execute molecular biology and cell-based assays for oligonucleotide and mRNA-LNP characterization
Plan and conduct experiments with minimal supervision including sample preparation, data analysis, and reporting
Contribute to analytical method development, qualification, validation, and transfer activities
Author and review protocols, standard operating procedures, technical reports, and regulatory submission content
Troubleshoot assay performance issues and improve laboratory workflows, data quality, and operational efficiency

Compensation$36.00-$41.00 per hour based on education and experience
