Role summary
IQVIA seeks a mobile medical assistant/phlebotomist for per diem in-home clinical services across the United States. The role involves traveling to patient residences to perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and screening exams with flexible scheduling and no minimum visit requirements.
What they're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings
- At least 1 year of EKG experience preferred
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) certification preferred; required in Washington and Louisiana
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds for equipment transport
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record review
- Willingness to travel up to 100 miles for patient visits
- Fluency in spoken and written English
What you'll be doing
- Perform in-home blood specimen collection, labeling, and transport per network policies and regulatory standards
- Conduct electrocardiograms and macular edema screening exams as trained
- Complete and submit visit-related paperwork promptly and accurately
- Report adverse events, medical complaints, and patient inquiries according to IQVIA guidance
- Maintain accurate mileage and time logs for reimbursement and compliance
Compensation$25.00 per hour
