Role summary
Mobile LPN/LVN per diem position delivering in-home clinical services to patients on complex medication therapies across various U.S. locations. Role includes phlebotomy, EKGs, and macular edema screenings with flexible scheduling and no minimum monthly visit requirement.
What they're looking for
- Active, unrestricted LPN or LVN license
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum 2 years phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and travel up to 100 miles for visits
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- At least 1 year EKG experience (preferred)
What you'll be doing
- Perform in-home blood specimen collection, labeling, and transport to laboratories per policies and regulations
- Conduct EKG and macular edema screening exams following provided training
- Maintain clean work environment, medical supplies inventory, and equipment storage
- Complete visit documentation and submit promptly to clinical coordination team
- Report adverse events, product complaints, and patient inquiries per IQVIA protocols
Compensation$28.00 per hour
