What you'll be doing

Manage email communication regarding scheduling and service requests with laboratory and customer service teams

Coordinate technical discussions between customer service, sales, and laboratory management
Process clarification cases from sample intake and laboratory, assessing technical feasibility
Handle inquiries from clarification cases and communicate with relevant departments
