- Strong pipetting skills and effective written/oral communication
- Prior leadership experience preferred; US work authorization required
What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with partners to execute method qualification, validation protocols, and transfer documentation
- Perform data analysis, generate protocols and reports, troubleshoot HPLC, CE, and ELISA techniques
- Serve as technical resource and trainer; coach and develop direct reports
- Monitor workflows, recommend operational and technical improvements, and approve time entries
- Support company policies and promote department communication and compliance
