Role summary
This part-time clinical consultant role involves providing ventricular medical device education, case support, and patient management across multiple healthcare settings. - Registered Nurse or Advanced Practice Provider license strongly preferred
- 3+ years clinical experience in cardiac or cardiovascular ICU, OR, or catheterization lab
- Minimum 10 cases or patients supported with ventricular medical devices
- Ability to work weekends, nights, holidays, and weekdays as scheduled
- Hospital vendor credentialing clearance capability
- Current immunizations as required by hospital policies
What you'll be doing
- Deliver ventricular medical device education in ICU, operating room, and catheterization lab settings
- Provide on-call case support and patient management for assigned client accounts
- Conduct proactive patient rounds and coordinate with Clinical Support Center for additional support
- Maintain clinical competency through continual learning on product lines and patient management
- Support minimum 2 days per month in field with total 5-day monthly availability including weekends
