Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Perform and interpret chemical, hematological, coagulation, and hormonal analyses using manual, automated, and microscopic methods
- Integrate analytical results with clinical trial protocols to evaluate test credibility and determine subject eligibility
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on clinical laboratory equipment
- Evaluate quality control procedures, implement corrective actions, and conduct statistical trend analysis
- Assist in developing new laboratory procedures and training new employees on laboratory theory and result interpretation
