MD with advanced health-related degree, or Life-sciences bachelor (Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Nurse) with MSc
Minimum 2 years in Medical Affairs, MSL, clinical practice, research, academia, or pharmaceutical industry
Ability to interpret complex clinical evidence and communicate credibly to specialist audiences
Demonstrated AI fluency with documented LLM use and/or agent creation experience
Strong relationship-building, active listening, presentation and stakeholder-management skills
Understanding of scientific exchange, clinical research, compliance, pharmacovigilance and medical governance
Intermediate to advanced professional English proficiency; authorization to work in Panama; willingness to travel

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute territory scientific engagement plans aligned with medical priorities and stakeholder needs
Build and maintain peer-to-peer scientific relationships with specialists, investigators, societies and healthcare decision-makers
Conduct balanced, non-promotional scientific exchanges and respond to medical inquiries with accurate information
Gather, synthesize and communicate field insights, unmet needs and evidence gaps to inform medical strategy
Support medical education, advisory boards, congress activities and investigator-initiated research within compliance requirements
