Role summary
Amgen seeks a Medical Science Liaison for its obesity therapeutic area in the Sarasota, Florida region. - Cardiometabolic and/or obesity expertise preferred
- Strong scientific communication and relationship-building skills
What you'll be doing
- Conduct peer-to-peer scientific discussions with opinion leaders and healthcare providers on obesity and related conditions
- Engage with clinical investigators and population health decision makers to communicate clinical and economic data
- Support Amgen-sponsored research and clinical trial initiatives
- Present field observations and scientific insights to internal stakeholders to inform strategy
- Lead or participate in congress activities and speaker training programs
