What you'll be doing

Lead strategic advisory engagements across Medical Affairs and Medical Excellence for life sciences clients
Develop solutions for medical strategy, portfolio planning, field enablement, and AI-enabled Medical Affairs
Assess client capabilities and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness, scalability, and business impact
Contribute to capability building, thought leadership development, and field enablement within NeoOptima
Provide guidance to team members and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across workstreams
